What SENCO View does for your school

One record of the support each pupil gets, built from the MIS you already run. The EHCP evidence pack, the Individual Support Plan and your reports all come from that record, so your SENCO stops rebuilding the same information for every form.

Five things it does

In the order a school meets them.

  1. One view of each pupil, from your MIS.

Attendance, behaviour, assessment, contacts and SEN status pulled from SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom, iSAMS and 30+ others. Nothing is rekeyed. Your SENCO opens one screen instead of five.

  2. Provision logged, costed and actually delivered.

Every intervention has a plan: who delivers it, how often, what it costs. Then every session is recorded as delivered or not. You get a delivery rate per pupil, which is the number that separates “we put support in place” from “the support happened”.

  3. The EHCP evidence pack, generated.

Ten sections, one click, PDF. Because the provision record already exists, the pack is assembled from it rather than written from memory the night before the deadline.

  4. The Individual Support Plan, built from the same record.

Five sections, outcomes broken into small steps, termly review prompts. Parents have their own login to read it, contribute to it and acknowledge it. Aligned with the white paper’s proposed digital ISP.

  5. Reports from the same data.

A library of named reports for governors, the inclusion strategy and inspection, drawn from the provision and delivery data your staff already log. Nobody builds a spreadsheet the week before.

What it replaces

Most schools are paying for two or three of these separately, and keeping the rest in Word.

Migration from your current tool, spreadsheets or LA templates is included for founding schools.

What it costs

Founding schools pay £599 once, for lifetime access for that school, with every core module and everything on the current roadmap.

10 of 10 places remaining.

After the founding cohort, SENCO View is priced per school by pupils on roll, with trust pricing for groups of schools. Standard pricing and general release to follow.

Either way it is positioned below the annual cost of a single provision-mapping licence. There's a referral scheme for schools that bring another school on board; the details will be published alongside standard pricing.

What we don't do

Worth knowing before you ask your SENCO to look at it.

  • Safeguarding records.

SENCO View shows that a concern exists on a pupil’s record, nothing more. It does not store safeguarding notes and does not connect to your safeguarding system.

  • Timetabling.

Interventions are logged against the sessions you plan; we don’t build the timetable.

  • An assessment scheme.

Small steps track progress against a child’s own plan. No levels, scores or comparisons between children.

  • Your MIS.

We read from it. We don’t replace it and we don’t write to it.

  • Writing about children for you.

Every word in a plan or an evidence pack is written by a member of your staff. The software assembles and formats; it does not author.

Common questions.

Which MIS do you connect to?
SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom, iSAMS and 30+ others. Setup is a few minutes for your MIS lead; we guide them through it.
Who sees what?
Role-based: the SENCO sees the caseload, teachers see their own pupils, TAs log the sessions they deliver, parents see their own child.
Where is our data held?
UK data centres, London region.
Does it meet the reform requirements?
The reform spec isn't published yet, so nobody can truthfully claim that. SENCO View is aligned with the white paper's proposed digital ISP, and we commit to free migration to any DfE template or data standard when one is published.
