We can't change anything in your MIS. We only read what you've approved.

  • Behaviour incidents and exclusions

  • Medical conditions and events

We don't read

  • Free-text notes the MIS treats as confidential
  • Safeguarding records (these stay in CPOMS, MyConcern, etc.)
  • Staff personal data
  • Financial data
  • Anything you haven't explicitly approved through the Wonde permissions screen

    Your MIS admin grants permission through the Wonde portal. Takes about 10 minutes.

  2. First sync

    SENDCo View pulls a baseline snapshot. Takes 15 minutes to a few hours depending on school size.

  3. Configuration

    Your SENDCo configures roles, permissions, and which MIS data flows where. Takes a working day.

Most UK MIS systems already connect through Wonde, and we're adding more direct integrations as founding schools ask for them — so the systems you rely on day to day keep landing in SENDCo View automatically.

Not every useful record lives in your MIS. Provision spend, external assessments, data from a system you've moved on from — if you can export it as a CSV, you can bring it in. We'll help you map the columns so each one lands in the right place.

Where is the data stored?
UK region, hosted in London on AWS infrastructure managed by Supabase. Data residency is contractually guaranteed.
What happens if we leave?
Your data is exported and deleted within 30 days of contract end. We provide a complete export in machine-readable format.
Are you a data controller or processor?
Processor (Article 28 of UK GDPR). The school is the controller. Our DPA is available before contract sign.
Do you store passwords?
No. We use SSO via Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra. SENDCo View never sees a password.
What's your uptime commitment?
99.9% uptime SLA. Status page at status.myschoolview.co.uk (when live).
Penetration testing?
Annual third-party penetration tests. Most recent report available under NDA on request.
